XEN Policy Your XEN appointments are reserved exclusively for YOU! As a courtesy to our XEN guests please cancel or reschedule as requested. If you forfeit or make changes to your XEN appointment you are required to call no later than 2 PM the day before your XEN appointment to avoid being charged and losing the service. Late cancellations will be charged 100% fee. No refunds for purchased packages, once XEN memberships are purchased you are then committed for 12 months if you choose to break commitment understand that no refunds will be given.
